These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lumiabreath.com and your participation in any event or purchase made through this website, operated by Gold Vida Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or registering for an event, you agree to these terms.
1. Events & Ticket Purchases
All event registrations are subject to availability. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly agreed to in writing by Gold Vida Inc.
2. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. In the event that an event is cancelled by LUMIA / Gold Vida Inc., you will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event, at our discretion.
If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis, but we are under no obligation to provide a refund.
3. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
LUMIA breathwork events are wellness experiences. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or mental health services. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Breathwork may not be appropriate for individuals with certain health conditions including, but not limited to: cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe psychiatric disorders, pregnancy, or recent surgery. If you have any health concerns, please consult a qualified medical professional before attending.
By registering for an event, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate, and you release Gold Vida Inc. and its facilitators from any liability arising from your participation.
4. Results Disclaimer
The testimonials and experiences shared on this website reflect the individual results of specific attendees. Results are not guaranteed and will vary from person to person based on many factors including individual background, openness, and personal circumstances. We make no claims that participation in our events will produce any specific outcome.
5. Conduct at Events
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward facilitators and other participants. Gold Vida Inc. reserves the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, branding, and event materials — is the intellectual property of Gold Vida Inc. and is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
LUMIA is a brand of Gold Vida Inc. Unauthorized use of the LUMIA name or brand assets is prohibited.
7. Photography & Recording
Photography and video recording during events is not permitted without prior consent from Gold Vida Inc. We may photograph or record events for marketing purposes. By attending, you grant Gold Vida Inc. the right to use any photographs or recordings in which you appear for promotional purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website and checkout process use third-party services including Stripe (payment processing) and GoHighLevel (CRM and communications). We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers. Please review their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gold Vida Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in any event.
